Responsibilities
- Pack items securely and accurately according to customer specifications and weight limits.
- Inspect goods for damage and apply appropriate packaging materials.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily shipping and fulfillment goals.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
