Responsibilities
- Pack products securely according to safety guidelines and shipping specifications.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure accurate labeling and coding.
- Operate packing machinery and hand tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas.
- Load and unload goods from delivery trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Verify order accuracy by cross-referencing packing slips with inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and weighing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
