Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Verify product details against pick tickets to ensure the correct items are included.
- Operate packaging machinery, hand tools, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and quality standards.
- Perform basic inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and understand pick tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility in Doral, FL.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
