Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging materials are used efficiently.
- Operate handheld scanners (RF devices) to track inventory and update the warehouse management system in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and nightly shipping quotas and quality goals.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
