Responsibilities
- Accurately assemble and pack orders according to specifications using packing materials and equipment
- Verify product quantities and quality before shipment to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and warehouse areas
- Operate packing machinery (e.g., tape dispensers, box sealers) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to our Stockton facility
