Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label products according to order specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment including tape dispensers, box sealers, and conveyors
- Inspect items for damage and verify counts before shipment
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to ensure efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in inventory audits and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Reliable transportation to our Glendale facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
