Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
- Operate packaging equipment (box sealers, tape dispensers, etc.)
- Scan inventory and maintain digital records
- Perform quality checks on outgoing packages
- Maintain clean, organized workstation per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping goals
- Report inventory discrepancies to supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy (scanning, data entry)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Stamina to stand/walk 8-hour shifts
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
- Pass background check and drug screening
- No prior warehouse experience required!
