Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with the highest level of accuracy to ensure timely delivery.
- Inspect products for quality, defects, and damage before packaging.
- Label packages correctly according to shipping guidelines and company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Previous experience in warehouse, retail, or logistics is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
