Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with meticulous accuracy using our proprietary digital systems
- Verify inventory levels and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor
- Maintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with OSHA standards
- Operate packing equipment safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital platforms for order prioritization
- Process returns and damaged goods following company protocols
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits with remote access tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations
- Proficiency with digital inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in previous roles
- Reliable internet connection for remote coordination tasks
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
