Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory counts and documentation
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize packing workflows
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Communicate order status updates via remote tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for remote inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to Stockton warehouse location
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Experience with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) a plus
