Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) safely
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain organized inventory records in WMS systems
- Collaborate with remote team leads for real-time updates
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Support seasonal inventory cycles and special projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy with data entry skills
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Reliable transportation to Memphis facility
- Comfortable with remote communication tools (Slack, Zoom)
