Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and packing software
- Inspect products for quality control before shipment preparation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, conveyors)
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital communication tools
- Maintain organized inventory records using cloud-based systems
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation for domestic/international deliveries
- Participate in virtual training sessions for new processes and technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Boston facility (2-3 days/week on-site)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
