As an Order Packer, you will play a crucial role in our fulfillment process, ensuring that every product leaves our facility in perfect condition and on time.
Responsibilities
- Pack & Prepare Orders: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to strict safety and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by counting stock and recording discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and packaging machinery to move goods efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging materials are used correctly to prevent damage during transit.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs frequently, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends, as required.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and comprehend instructions, both written and verbal.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
