Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging
- Operate packaging equipment (box sealers, label printers) safely
- Maintain organized inventory records and stock levels
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional forklift operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
