Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Operate packaging equipment (e.g., shrink wrap machines, box sealers) safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity
- Maintain organized and clean workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Use warehouse management systems to track inventory and order status
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
