Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision using RF scanners
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Operate packaging equipment and maintain organized workstations
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and inventory control procedures
- Document packing activities and report discrepancies
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid California driver's license (for forklift operation training)
