Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency using handheld scanners.
- Inspect merchandise for damage or defects before packaging.
- Ensure proper labeling and sealing of packages to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
