Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and speed
- Verify order details against packing slips to ensure accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) safely
- Maintain clean and organized workstation and storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to supervisor promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation to our Industrial Park location
