Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Operate packaging equipment (tape machines, scales, labelers)
- Maintain clean and organized workstation per OSHA standards
- Scan and document inventory using handheld devices
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation to our North KC facility
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check
