- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision
- Operate packaging equipment (tape dispensers, box sealers, label printers)
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to meet safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Use warehouse management systems to track inventory movements
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to start work tomorrow (immediate availability required)
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our Tampa facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
