Responsibilities
- Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently using established procedures
- Verify product quality and quantities before packaging
- Operate packaging equipment (e.g., tape guns, scales, labelers)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Track inventory and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Mission District facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
