Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label merchandise according to order specifications and quality standards
- Operate packing equipment (box sealers, labelers) safely and efficiently
- Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage before packaging
- Maintain clean and organized workstation following 5S principles
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order dispatch
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Jersey City facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
