Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips and manifests
- Package goods securely using appropriate materials and techniques
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain organized and clean workstation and storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and counting skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
