Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and verify order details.
- Inspect products for quality and damages, ensuring only the best items are shipped to our clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times, adhering to 5S operational standards.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to load and organize pallets and boxes efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures to minimize risk and ensure workplace safety.
- Perform light equipment maintenance and assist in inventory counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read product labels, barcodes, and packing slips.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends during peak seasons.
