Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment (tape dispensers, scales, box cutters) safely and efficiently
- Verify order contents against pick tickets and manifests
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstation environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not required
