Responsibilities
- Pack orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards and client specifications.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects, ensuring high-quality service.
- Label packages clearly and ensure proper placement in shipping containers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to adhere to strict safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and quotas.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (shifts may be up to 10 hours).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
