Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications
- Operate packaging equipment and maintain clean, organized workstation
- Verify product quality and quantities before finalizing orders
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting activities
- Report equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy orientation
- Reliable transportation to Anaheim facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
