Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal products according to order specifications
- Scan and verify items using warehouse management systems
- Operate packing equipment (tape dispensers, box cutters, etc.) safely
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely order dispatch
- Report inventory discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods (6-8 hours)
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
