Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision and speed
- Operate packaging equipment (tape guns, labelers, box sealers)
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packing
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotation
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workspace
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Use warehouse management systems for order tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to our Durham location
