Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications using provided equipment
- Operate packing machinery including sealers, labelers, and conveyor systems
- Perform quality checks on packed items to ensure damage-free delivery
- Maintain organized workstations and inventory tracking systems
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily packing quotas
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and company packing standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Willingness to operate company-provided equipment
