Responsibilities
- Pack and label customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) after training
- Maintain accurate inventory records in our digital system
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy (email, data entry)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Drive facility
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
