Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using scanning technology
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before shipping
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Operate packing equipment (boxes, tape machines, pallet jacks)
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Drive location
- Pass background check and drug screening
