Responsibilities
- Pack and seal products according to specifications using automated/manual equipment
- Scan and verify inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate packing records and quality control documentation
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Participate in weekly safety audits and process improvement meetings
- Support inventory cycle counts and warehouse organization initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – paid training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation to our Dallas facility
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
