Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment using automated systems and manual techniques
- Verify product accuracy against packing lists and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for packing processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy-focused mindset
- Willingness to learn technical systems through paid training
- Reliable transportation to our Lubbock facility
