Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment (tape dispensers, box cutters, scanners)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Inspect products for damage before packaging
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely dispatch
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid California driver's license a plus
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/holidays as needed)
