Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment including box sealers, labelers, and conveyors
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workstation
- Inspect products for quality before packaging
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order tracking
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
