Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Verify product quantities against packing slips and purchase orders to minimize errors.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Ensure proper packaging materials are used to protect products during transit.
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain high throughput and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily quality checks on packed orders before they are shipped.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners or mobile devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
