Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and ship customer orders using RF scanners and packing equipment
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper labeling
- Maintain organized inventory and warehouse cleanliness
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily targets
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Document packing activities and resolve discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Florida driver's license a plus
- Pass background check and drug screening
