Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in a 10 PM-6 AM shift
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner training provided)
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Availability for overnight shifts (Sun-Thurs or Fri-Sun)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
