Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient overnight loading/unloading processes
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely (certification provided)
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery fulfillment
- Generate daily performance reports and inventory discrepancy alerts
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operational handoffs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and zero-error mindset
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
