Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize inventory management through cycle counting and audits
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs
- Implement lean principles to improve workflow efficiency
- Train and mentor new team members on protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to pass training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
