Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for next-day delivery with zero-error precision
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse conditions
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with reliable attendance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
