Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize inventory with meticulous attention to detail
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Prepare shipments for timely outbound delivery using WMS systems
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and consistent overnight availability
- Pass background check and drug screening
