Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts per company protocol
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation for overnight shifts
