Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Perform quality control checks on products to maintain company standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized warehouse layout through strategic stock rotation and space optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Complete detailed documentation of inventory movements and discrepancies
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn WMS systems
- Reliable transportation to accommodate overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
