Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders during overnight shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of warehouse facilities
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Adhere to all OSHA and company compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
- Ability to work independently in overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
