Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
- Process incoming shipments and verify received items against purchase orders
- Collaborate with day shift team to ensure seamless operations transition
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse technology
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
