Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety protocols
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and maintain real-time stock records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow during overnight shifts
- Uphold OSHA compliance and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Resolve discrepancies in inventory or shipping documentation
- Support loading/unloading operations for timely departures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail with basic math and computer skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
