Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Execute accurate inventory management and cycle counting protocols
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts with precision and safety compliance
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery with 99.8% accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and safety audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient with RF scanning devices and inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) including weekends
- Basic math and computer literacy with data entry experience
- Valid California driver's license for equipment operation
