Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily production targets
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse management systems safely
- Maintain organized inventory with real-time tracking and cycle counting
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company security procedures
- Document inventory movements and discrepancies in digital systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy
- Reliable transportation to night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Experience with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) a plus
